2019 Scholarship Fund Banquet & Golf Scramble

The Middle Tennessee Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and the Tennessee Safety and Health Conference (TSHC) are seeking sponsors and participants for their Annual Scholarship Fund Banquet and Golf Scramble. All proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Middle TN Chapter and TSHC scholarship programs for college students in the occupational health, safety and industrial hygiene programs in the region.

Driving range will be open around Noon and snacks/lunch available in the clubhouse.

Single Player w/Mulligans: Includes Greens Fee for one, cart, range balls, 2 Mulligans, food & beverages, and door prize opportunities. $125

Single Player & Sponsor: Includes Greens Fee for one, cart, range balls, 2 Mulligans, food & beverages, door prize opportunities, and recognition on Middle TN Chapter website and Event Sign. $150

4 Player Team w/Mulligans: Includes Greens Fee for team of 4 golfers, carts, range balls, 8 Mulligans, food & beverages, and door prize opportunities, $500

Corporate Sponsor: Includes Greens Fee entry for a team of 4 golfers, carts, range balls, 8 Mulligans, food & beverages, door prize opportunities and recognition on Middle TN Chapter Website and Event Sign. $600

Beverage Sponsor: Includes recognition on Middle TN Chapter Website and Event Sign. $350 (Two available—Front and Back Nine)

Trophy Sponsor: Includes recognition on Middle TN Chapter Website and Event Sign. $250

Non-Player Sponsor: Includes recognition on Middle TN Chapter Website and Event Sign. $100

In addition to sponsorship opportunities we are seeking donation of prizes for winning teams (Ex: shirts, gift certificates, etc.), door prizes, and ditty bag items for each participant (Ex: snacks, tees, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, etc.).
