Middle Tennessee ASSP Scholarship Golf Scramble

The Middle Tennessee Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and the Tennessee Safety and Health Conference (TSHC) are seeking sponsors and participants for their Annual Scholarship Fund Golf Scramble. All proceeds from the tournament benefit the Middle TN Chapter and TSHC scholarship programs for college students in the occupational health, safety and industrial hygiene programs in the region.

Team Sponsor
Includes Greens Fees for a team of 4 golfers, carts, range balls, 8 Mulligans, food & beverages, 2-drink tickets for use during play, door prize opportunities and recognition on Mid-dle TN Chapter Website and Event Sign. $500

Beverage Sponsor – 1 Sold
Includes recognition on Middle TN Chapter Website and Event Sign. $350 (One Available—Front Nine and Back Nine)

Trophy Sponsor
Includes recognition on Middle TN Chapter Website and Event Sign. $250 (One Available)

Single Player & Sponsor
Includes Greens Fee for one, cart, range balls, 2 Mulligans, food & bev-erages, 2-drink tickets for use during play, door prize opportunities, and recognition on Middle TN Chapter website and Event Sign. $150 (you will be paired with other players)

In addition to sponsorship opportunities we are seeking donation of prizes for winning teams (Eg: shirts, gift certificates, etc.), door prizes, and ditty bag items for each participant (Ex: snacks, tees, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, etc.).
