Bayless Kilgore has over 30 years of experience in occupational health and safety consulting, assisting a diverse range of industrial and manufacturing clients in Kentucky, Tennessee, and nationwide. Bayless is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). He serves as EnSafe’s Vice President of Health and Safety and manages industrial hygiene projects for several large corporations, overseeing hundreds of sampling assessments annually. Please consider bringing in a new toy for a child in need to the joint ASSP & AIHA meeting. In past years, Middle TN ASSP and AIHA members have collected more than 200 new toys and raised nearly $1,000 for Toys for Tots! These donations provide a Christmas to children that would otherwise miss out. Not only does it impact the children, but it also provides relief to the struggling parents who cannot afford Christmas gifts. It such a wonderful way to share Christmas with those less fortunate!

Did you know? Toys for Tots is run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas. Toys for Tots began as a Los Angeles charitable effort in 1947 started by Major Bill Hendricks, USMCR, who was inspired by his wife Diane. Toys for Tots have donated over 500 million toys to children.
